I love these mugs!! Beautifully made. A+ quality. Item not only met my expectations, but the shop owner also ended up completing and shipping the order earlier than I expected (or requested). I had ordered 2 of these mugs-same color’s, but with different customizations. I had requested she please hold onto the order and ship at a later date as I would be away on vacation and didn’t want the package sitting outside for several days–I had told her in a note the date I was leaving and the date I would be returning. I received these mugs several days prior to my vacation! Really fabulous shop owner!! Communication quick and easy.
